You can even make it a mocktail, by excluding the gin.

Intense Gin and Ginger Cocktail
Ingredients
- 5 cl gin
- 15 cl Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water or any of your favorite tonic
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, finely grated
- pinch Leaves of basil
- ice cubes
Instructions
- Peel the ginger and then grate it finely. Put it in a highball glass. Pour the gin into the glass and stir well. Let it sink in for a couple of minutes. Fill with ice and top up with the tonic water. Add some basil leaves for decoration.Cuisine – Cool, Calm, Cocktailed!
