8 slicesFrench bread, country bread or larger baguettesliced 1,5cm thick
Extra-virgin olive oilfor brushing

Tomato topping
2tomatoesdiced
2tbsp.extra-virgin olive oil

1pinchthinly sliced basilor thinly sliced green onions
1tbsp.balsamic vinegar
1tsp.salt flakes
black pepper to taste
Prosciutto topping
100gProsciutto ham
1pincharugula
2radishesthinly sliced
Cheese topping
150gBrie de MeauxFrench cheese, room temperature
sundried tomato's
Avocado topping
1avocadomushed
1tbsplemon juice
grilled pickled red and yellow pepperssmall slices
salt and black pepper to taste
Salami topping
4slicespiccante salamiwith some "sting" in it
1pinch arugula
½red onionfinely chopped
Instructions
Heat the oven to 200 C°.
Brush bread on both sides lightly with oil and place on large baking sheet. Toast bread until golden, 10 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through. Let bread cool for 5 minutes, then rub tops of bread with halved garlic cloves. Cut the slices in half if you are using large loaf
Tomato mix: In a large bowl, toss together tomatoes, basil, vinegar, garlic, and salt flakes. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes. Spoon tomatoes on top of bread just before serving.
