I usually start by putting the glasses in the freezer for an hour or so.Mix lemon peel and sugar on a plate, pour lemon juice on another plate.
Dip the glasses in lemon juice and then in the sugar so that it sticks all around.Place 1 scoop of sorbet in each glass and put the prepared glasses in the freezer Up to this step you can prepare in advance.
