Take the hardboiled eggs, peel and cut them lengthwise in half. Slip out and transfer the egg yolks to a bowl and mash with fork. Set the cooked egg whites aside.
Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, tabasco, salt and pepper. Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly.
Place a bacon on top of the egg halves, sprinkle with cayenne and garnish with chives. Ready to serve.Cuisine - The Appetizer!
