Instructions
Prepare the ingredients. Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, dill, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Add shredded/sliced green cabbage, red cabbage, and scallions; toss to coat. Add additional salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
