Egg toddy Mannerheim with Cognac is a gorgeous dessert that involves using a real eggshell filled with Cognac. On top, you'll notice three little piles containing coffee, cacao, and icing sugar are just waiting to be mixed.
Separate the yolks from the whites, Careful when breaking the eggs not to crush the shells. You need 4 halves.
Boil the eggshells and peel off the thin film on the inside. Set aside and allow to dry.
Prepare the egg mixture in a bowl
Beat together the egg yolks, vanilla sugar, and regular sugar until they become light, fluffy, and pale in color.
Whisk the cream in a separate bowl before pouring it into the egg mixture. Mix everything.
Pour into serving glasses and set in the freezer. About 4-6h.Move to the fridge about 30 minutes before serving.
