Start to peel the cucumber and make slices, about 0.5cm to 1cm thick.
Continue with the salmon, and break it in smaller pieces and put in a bowl.Now, take rest of the ingrediens crème fraiche, juice/zest from a lime, mayo, wasabi, and put them together into a creamy mix together with the salmon. Distribute the mix on the cucumber slices placed on a serving plate
