Smoked salmon on cucumber slices
Smoked salmon with taste of lime and wasabi on cucumber slices as welcome appetizer. So fresh and Yummy!
Ingredients
- 200 g hot smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp crème fraiche
- 2 tsp wasabi paste
- 1 zest from a lime
- 1 juice from a lime
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 20 cucumber slices
- 1 box cress
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, black
Instructions
- Start to peel the cucumber and make slices, about 0.5cm to 1cm thick.
- Continue with the salmon, and break it in smaller pieces and put in a bowl.Now, take rest of the ingrediens crème fraiche, juice/zest from a lime, mayo, wasabi, and put them together into a creamy mix together with the salmon. Distribute the mix on the cucumber slices placed on a serving plate
- Final touch. When the salmon/cucumber mix are ready, decorate them with sesame seeds and cress. Just a little, so they get the artistic touch. Enjoy!
