Amazing Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 dl Japanese soy
- 3/4 dl water
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- ½ dl brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger grated
- 3 clove of garlic grated
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic and oil. Heat up until it starts to simmer.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Add cornstarch to soy sauce mixture and whisk constantly until the sauce thickens.
